An Evening with Life in Balance - Crystal Bowls, Healing Sound and Meditation

About a year and a half ago we hosted Life in Balance for an evening of healing sound and meditation. People are still talking about it. So, a couple of weeks ago, when we received a phone call from Ami, wondering if we'd be interested in hosting them again in mid-August, we said, "Yes! Our answer is Yes!"

Join us for an intimate evening of sound healing meditation with Sounds True recording artists Life In Balance. Friday, August 17, 2012 from 7:30-9pm

Cost is $25 in advance or at the door. Space is limited, so don't delay!

Working with the Four Agreements

The treasured teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz have been on the New York Times best seller list for many years.  We'll be exploring and revealing the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. The Four Agreements offer a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.

The First Agreement:  “Be impeccable with Your Word”
The Second Agreement:  “Don’t Take Anything Personally”
The Third Agreement:  “Don’t Make Assumptions”
The Fourth Agreement: “Always Do Your Best”

Are you ready to be in the driver's seat of your life? We'll meet for this workshop in a safe and non-judgmental container. Imagine living a whole new way of life where you are free to be who you really are, to live your life free from worry about what others think of you What would it be like to live without judging yourself and others, respect yourself and everyone else and have them respect you in return, to live without fear of expressing yourself, free of conflict with yourself and others.  Take the risk to explore life, and live without guilt, fear, shame, and regret.  Imagine loving yourself just the way you are!  Bring a bagged lunch & snacks, water, cushion to sit on, and dress in comfortable layers.

Join Jaque for this day of exploration.  In the morning, we will work with each of the Agreements, and in the afternoon Jaque will facilitate a powerful shamanic healing circle to address the personal lessons revealed to each participant.

Class will be held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St, Lancaster, PA, across the cobblestones from historic Central Market
Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 10 am - 6 pm

Cost for the workshop is $55 in advance, $65 the day of the class.  Call Radiance, 290-1517, or stop by to register.

Jaque Hanson is a Shamanic Energy Healer, as well as a Reiki and Shambala Master/Teacher, Certified Massage Therapist, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher currently living in Carlisle, PA.  She believes that this is the time we have all been waiting for, and sees herself as a vessel, providing a safe container in which others may peel back their outer layers and allow their true radiance to emerge.

Basic Tribal Ethnofusion
Dance Classes With Zan Asha

at Radiance

Tuesday evenings 6:30 to 8
Sept 25 – Oct 30, 2012

Tribal Belly Dance is an amalgam of dances from North Africa, India and Asia, utilizing both upper body strength with traditional Middle Eastern Movements for a feminine, but powerful dance display. The unique aspect of Tribal also includes the use of cues from each dancer to guide the dance, instead of choreography.

Basic Tribal Ethnofusion explores basic body posture, use of arms, hips, stomach, and rhythmic cues, turns, and transitions, to create a wonderful dance piece.

$80 for the 6-week series of classes.  Beginners are welcome.

Classes are held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St., Lancaster (across the cobblestones from Central Market).  Call Radiance, 717-290-1517, or stop in to register.

Dress comfortably for class, and bring a water bottle.
