Mala Meditation workshop & weekend with Gurunater Kaur Khalsa

Gurunater is the maker of the exquisitely beautiful malas (prayer beads) that we have in the shop, here at Radiance. During this weekend of April 18-20, she will be offering a workshop in Mala Meditation, appointments for Angelic Healings, and an evening class in Kundalini yoga. Come to one or come to all! You won't want to miss these amazing opportunities!

Evening Yoga Class, Friday evening
April 18 from 6:30 until 8pm
Experience an evening class in Kundalini Yoga, taught by Gurunater Kaur. This could be a wonderful way to prepare for the Saturday Mala workshop, or simply a wonderful way to begin your weekend. Gurunater is a very gentle being, and I suspect that a very peaceful nights sleep is likely to follow this evening class.
Cost for this class is $15.

Mala Meditation: A Prayer Bead Workshop For Prosperity, Peacefulness, Healing and Prayer
Saturday, April 19 from 2-6pm (after our regular 12-1:30 Kundalini class)
This ancient, sacred, yogic practice was revived by Yogi Bhajan. Using handcrafted gemstone malas in the class you will learn:
· The history of Prayer Beads
· The science of sound current and how japa (recitation) works
· The healing benefits of gemstones and which ones work for you
· The numerological significance of the number of beads in a mala
· The correct meridian points to stimulate wisdom, health, prosperity, patience and communication
Taught by Gurunater Kaur, who has made malas for many international dignitaries, including President Bill Clinton, Senator Hillary Clinton, Yogi Bhajan, and his holiness the Dalai Lama. When: Saturday, April 19, 2008, from 2 until 6pm

Angelic Healings
Individual appointments with Gurunater on Sunday, April 20 Gurunater Kaur has deeply healing hands, decades of therapeutic experience, and an acute intuition. She has a profound link to the angelic realms and often receives messages of clarity, guidance and love from individuals' guardian angels and personal spirit guides that can initiate healing of the body, the mind, the heart and the spirit.
She specializes in looking into each chakra of the body, one at a time, accessing information to clear and release such things as self-defeating irrational beliefs, incomplete past experiences and/or energetic blocks.
A limited number of one hour healing appointments are available at a cost of $70.
