Building Vitality Through Kundalini Yoga

In this workshop, we will explore the meaning of vitality, and discover what prevents us from feeling vital. How does stress deplete our vitality and separate us from our true self?

We will practice Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to connect us to our inner vitality. We will participate in individual and group processes to identify our vitality profile and amplify our basic vitality.
