Shamanism and Dowsing

Saturday, November 13, 2010, 2-6 pm

Shamans call upon unseen forces in the Universe to assist them in the work that they do to help people, communities and the world around them. Shamans employ many techniques, sometimes using the rattle and other "Divining" techniques to find answers to questions, scan the body, understand the energy of a place. Some Shamans' use the rattle, throw the bones and read the energy with their hands and other tools. Shamans successfully diagnose and correct all manner of energy imbalances with these techniques and they stand the test of time in their simplicity and usefulness. They can enhance any healing modality and deepen its effectiveness.

In this one-day class we will explore the ancient technique of dowsing for finding information. Bring a rattle if you have one.

Class will be held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St, Lancaster, PA, across the cobblestones from Central Market. Stop in or phone 717-290-1517 to register. Cost is $45.00 in advance.
