Radiant Woman Radiant Girl

Radiant Woman/Radiant Girl
A Workshop for Mothers and Daughters
With Catherine Etters (Sat Parvan Kaur) and Eliana

Sunday afternoon, January 13, 2013, at Radiance

We all experience times when we may feel overwhelmed, persuaded by outside influences, conflicted with decisions, or physically stressed by shifts in our body. Partner with your daughter/mother as you learn how to maintain strength, calm, and balance in your life.

There are infinite possibilities what you might have to gain by doing this practice together including the chance to enrich and transform your relationship, align yourselves, connect and support each other on the mat and beyond.

Experience kundalini yoga techniques and meditations that you can share at home.  No experience necessary.

Sunday, January 13, 2013, 1:30 – 3:30pm
Cost is $30 per woman/girl pair

Bring to class: a natural fiber blanket or towel and/or a yoga mat; a pillow if it will help you sit with more comfort on the floor, a bottle of drinking water.  Dress loosely and in layers.

Girls ages 9-15 must be accompanied by a mother, auntie, or grandmother.

Class will be held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St, across the cobblestones from historic Central Market in the heart of downtown Lancaster, PA.  Call Radiance, 717-290-1517 or stop in to register.

Catherine Etters (Sat Parvan Kaur) is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher located in the Philadelphia area. With over 30 years of practicing various forms of yoga she found Kundalini Yoga put her on the fast track of personal transformation.  She studied and earned her teacher certification with Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa and Nirbhe Kaur Khalsa in Yardley, PA.  She furthered her exploration and deepened her practice through a yoga yatra in the yoga homeland of India.

Eliana has practiced yoga since she was a toddler.  She was introduced to kundalini yoga at age 8.  She first applied kundalini yoga and mediations techniques for personal healing and growth at age 10.   It was her love and enthusiasm that planted the seed for this mother/daughter program.
