In this age, when many people are looking to the East for the ancient
remedies for health and relaxation, belly dance is often overlooked. It is an effective exercise, a fun hobby, a
great relaxation tool and a path that many women find is an excellent way to
reconnect with their sacred feminine nature.
Tahjia teaches an eclectic style of dance, including techniques and
moves from Vintage Cabaret, Egyptian, Turkish Romany and others.
Classes will be held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St. in the heart of downtown Lancaster, across from
Central Market.
