Kundalini Yoga Classes with Padmani

 The ancient yoga of awareness, Kundalini Yoga combines pranayam (breathwork), mantra (sound), asana (postures), relaxation, and meditation in each class. This yogic technology will create harmony throughout your entire being. Kundalini Yoga can be experienced by all ages and fitness levels.

All classes are ongoing.

Tuesday morning classes: 8:30am to 10am
Wednesday evening classes: 5:30pm to 7pm
Saturday morning classes: 9:30am to 11am

$12.00 per class or $ 60.00 for a 6-class card.  Drop-ins are always welcome!
Classes are held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St, Lancaster (across from Central Market).  Call Radiance, 290-1517, or stop by to register.

Bring to class: a natural fiber blanket or towel and/or a yoga mat; a pillow if it will help you sit with more comfort on the wooden floor. Dress loosely and in layers.

Padmani Kaur (Christine Cappabianca) practiced Hatha Yoga for 10 years & taught for 6 years. The philosophy of tension release, increased energy, & feeling happier motivated her to then study & teach Kundalini Yoga (3 years now). She believes in a gentle approach so that each student can experience the beauty & benefits in the science of Kundalini. Christine is an I.K.Y.T.A. certified teacher as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with the Yoga Alliance.

Six-week Tuesday sessions: 8:30am to 10am

June 2 thru July 7

Six-week Wednesday sessions: 7pm to 8:30pm
April 8 thru May 20, workshop on May 13
June 3 thru July 8

Six-week Saturday sessions: Noon to 1:30pm
May 2 thru May 30 (5-week session)
June 13 thru July 25, no class July 4

$12.00 per class or $ 60.00 for a 6-week session. Missed classes must be made up within the current session. No carryover from session to session. Drop-ins are always welcome!

Kundalini Yoga Classes


Amlomst since we opened, we've been offering 3 classes each week in Kundalini Yoga, taught by Padmani Kaur (Christine Cappabianca) at Radiance in downtown Lancaster. In general, we take a week off between sessions, so if I don't get this listing updated, please feel free to call for the dates of the next session.

Six-week Tuesday session: 8:30am to 10am, beginning September 30, 2008

Six-week Thursday session: noon to 1:30pm, beginning September 25

Six-week Saturday session: noon to 1:30pm, current session ends October 4th and the next session begins October 11


$60.00 for each 6-week session or $12.00 per class. Drop-ins are welcome.

Christine Cappabianca (a.k.a. Padmani Kaur) has been practicing Hatha Yoga for ten years and teaching for six years. She discovered Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan at a yoga conference in New York City in 2002. The philosophy of tension release, increased energy, and feeling happier motivated Christine to study and teach Kundalini Yoga. She believes in a gentle approach to teaching so that the student can experience the beauty and benefits in the science of Kundalini. Through her teaching, she strives to embody what Yogi Bhajan says," It is the birthright of every human being to be healthy, happy, and holy." Christine is an I.K.Y.T.A. certified teacher as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with the Yoga Alliance.
