Meditation for Courage in Kundalini Yoga Classes During the Month of November

For the past few months, Padmani has been ending each class at Radiance with a meditation specifically chosen for the month.  It gives us the opportunity to really deeply learn each meditation, and to allow the richness to emerge over time We practice the meditation and its corresponding posture for 11 minutes.

For the month of November, we will work with a Meditation for Courage. This meditation will be done in Archer posture.

The yoga of awareness, Kundalini Yoga combines pranayam (breathwork), mantra (sound), asana (postures), relaxation, and meditation in each class. This yogic tradition will create harmony throughout your entire being. Kundalini yoga can be experienced by all ages and fitness levels.

Tuesday Classes: 8:30am to 10am

Wednesday evening classes: 5:30 to 7pm

Saturday classes: noon to 1:30pm

$ 60.00 for a 6-class card or $12.00 per class.

All classes are held at Radiance, 9 W Grant St, Lancaster (across from Central Market). Call Radiance, 290-1517, or stop by to register.

Bring to class: a natural fiber blanket or towel or a yoga mat; a pillow if it will help you sit with more comfort on the wooden floor. Dress in layers.
