Luminous Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a wonderful time to focus inward, build strength and flexibility, and learn the art of relaxation. This six week session will use pranayama, asana, meditation and visualization to connect with the breath, body, emotions, and baby in a compassionate way.

The benefits of prenatal yoga can include more energy, greater focus, ease of common discomforts, preparation for birth, greater balance and awareness, and self-empowerment.

6 week session – Tuesdays, Sept 9 thru Oct 14, 2008, 10:30 – noon.
$60 or $12 drop-in fee.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for relaxation/meditation, plenty of water and snacks, and anything else you may need to be comfortable... and please check with your midwife or physician before embarking on the yoga journey.

Classes are held at Radiance, 9 W. Grant St, Lancaster- across from Central Market.
Call Radiance at 290-1517 or stop by to register.
