An Evening with Life in Balance - Crystal Bowls, Healing Sound and Meditation

About a year and a half ago we hosted Life in Balance for an evening of healing sound and meditation. People are still talking about it. So, a couple of weeks ago, when we received a phone call from Ami, wondering if we'd be interested in hosting them again in mid-August, we said, "Yes! Our answer is Yes!"

This evening will include guided meditation and an immersion in healing sound. Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on the floor. Dress in comfortable layers.
