our life journey with all its opportunities and challenges, its intentions,
questions and surprises. 'Biography work' helps people become a witness to
their own life experiences, to gain a new level of awareness that leads to
renewed strength and confidence to take up one's tasks.
Embracing the Wisdom in our Own Story
Saturday, September 12, 1-4:00 pm
Journey into story and fairytales as we find archetypal themes, doorways and windows to look through, to view and experience our own lives. Every life is an unfolding story. We will take up story through artistic exercises, personal reflection and conversation.
Bring your journal, a bottle of drinking water, and any art supplies you might like to use.

Following the Thread
Sunday, September 13, 1-4pm
Explore the unique thread that runs through your life story. Follow the thread as we uncover patterns and rhythms between our life and the wide world.
By working artistically we will follow the thread in our own life story, and awaken to the connection with the story of another, and the spaces in-between.
