Chakra Journaling: Creating Flow in Your Life

With author & artist, Jill Althouse-Wood

Saturday, February 25, 2017 1-3pm

At Radiance, 9 W Grant St,
in the heart of downtown Lancaster, PA

Creative journaling uses both visual and verbal sides of our brains to solve problems and gain understanding.  Chakra journaling takes this one step further by unlocking clues from our bodies’ seven energy centers to give us even more insights.

Join writer/artist Jill Althouse-Wood as she leads us through the chakras with writing/mixed media exercises.  Using prompts, we will spend time in each chakra – clearing our blockages that have occurred in the past and opening the channels for forward movement and healing.  Participants will leave with an energy map to help them flow through challenges and bring forward all that they want to manifest in the world.

All work is personal – no sharing is required.  No art, writing or journaling experience is needed.  Bring a questioning mind, a notebook or some paper, and a pen or pencil.  This class is open to all.

Cost is $25 in advance, $30 on the day of class.  Call Radiance, or stop in to register.  717-290-1517.
