Baby Yogi Bees - Infant Yoga & Massage Classes

Babies are born blissful, and transform the lives around them profoundly. Practicing yoga and massage with your baby eases their transition into the world and your transition into parenthood. In this six week class we will teach gentle yoga and massage techniques that help both mom and baby relax into their new life together.

Infant yoga and massage can improve digestion and sleep, enhance natural flexibility and growth, increase neuromuscular development, and boost the immune system, all of which leads to less stress and anxiety for the whole family.

Tuesdays, Oct 21 thru Nov 25, 2008, 10:30-11:30 am
Classes are held at Radiance, 9 W. Grant St, Lancaster- across from Central Market. Call Radiance at 290-1517 or stop by to register.
6 week session – $72 or $15 per class. Drop-ins are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or sheepskin for baby, and pillow for relaxation/meditation, plenty of water and snacks, and anything else you may need to be comfortable.

This class will be co-taught by Kara Kriner and Jen Lehman.

Kara Kriner is a Certified Massage Therapist with training in infant massage, and a teacher trained in both Radiant Child Yoga and YogaEd. She also teaches yoga classes for toddlers and young children.
